Coupons+ 3 is imminent: a sneak peak

It’s been a few months since we announced the next version of Coupons+: Coupons+ 3. Building this new version has been a bigger challenge than we initially expected. After some delays, plenty of testing, and a lot of back-and-forth on features (including adding and later removing some that didn’t turn out to be good solutions), we’re finally at a point where we feel very confident how Coupons+ 3 looks today.

We’ve been careful not to rush, because our goal is to deliver a plugin that’s easy to use while still being powerful and flexible. We’re getting closer to the first public beta release, which should be just a few weeks away now. In the meantime, we wanted to give you a quick sneak peek of what’s coming soon.

The next generation of Coupons+ is built on a brand-new engine that’s faster, more efficient, and paired with a redesigned dashboard that’s both easier to use and mobile-friendly. (And we also think it’s beautiful).

In the mean time, here’s a sneak peak of what a BOGO offer will look like in Coupons+ 3:

Price Changes

With Coupons+ 3, we’ve taken a big leap forward. The new engine, expanded features, and redesigned dashboard make the plugin more powerful than ever, but they also make it significantly more complex to build and maintain (as demonstrated by the delays).

Because of this, we’ll be updating our pricing structure alongside the release of Coupons+ 3. This new pricing will give you more flexibility and value depending on your needs. We plan to introduce multi-site licenses and one-year support by default.

If you already have a valid license, nothing will change, you’ll keep the same license and benefits you have today.

Public Beta Coming Soon

If everything goes as planned, we expect to have a public beta ready within the next 3-5 weeks, and possibly a stable release a week after that.
